Returns and refunds

1. Who to contact
Online payment is not currently available on this website. For a sale agreed directly, send your request to the seller identified on the store page, with the order reference, date and product. Contact contact@aunomducoeur.market if you need help identifying the relevant seller. A simple enquiry does not trigger a payment on this site.
2. Applicable rights
The seller’s terms and mandatory rights applicable to your purchase determine withdrawal, returns and refunds. Where a 14-day distance-selling withdrawal right applies, you may exercise it by a clear statement without giving a reason. For goods the period generally starts on receipt; for services it starts when the contract is concluded.
3. Digital and personalised products
Statutory exceptions depend on the product. Starting delivery of digital content without a physical medium does not alone remove withdrawal rights: applicable legal conditions, including prior express consent and acknowledgement of losing that right, must be satisfied. Clearly personalised products may qualify for a statutory exception. Rights concerning defects or non-conformity remain unaffected.
4. Returns and reimbursement
Ask the seller for a return address and instructions; products must be returned exclusively to the return address provided by the seller. Where French withdrawal rules apply, reimbursement is due within 14 days of notifying the seller; for goods it may be withheld until the goods are received or evidence of return is provided, whichever happens first. Return costs are yours only where permitted by law. Reimbursement includes initial standard delivery costs and generally uses the original payment method.
5. Damaged or non-conforming products
Contact the seller promptly with the reference and useful photographs. No 48-hour reporting deadline removes your statutory guarantees. Remedies and costs follow applicable guarantees and law.
6. Disputes
The European ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025. Ask the seller for the competent consumer mediator where applicable. European dispute resolution bodies are listed by the European Commission.
