1. Scope and current operation

aunomducoeur.market presents stores, original artworks, books and card decks. It currently operates as a catalogue connecting buyers and sellers. Online checkout and payment are not available. An email or WhatsApp enquiry does not by itself constitute a purchase.

3. Sellers and orders

The seller is identified on the product or store page. Before ordering, ask the seller to confirm their contractual identity, availability, product characteristics, physical or digital format, total price, currency, taxes and other charges, timing, payment, delivery or access arrangements and terms of sale. Any sales contract is with the identified seller. Au Nom Du Coeur LLC operates the website and handles platform enquiries.

4. Prices and currencies

Catalogue prices use the currency indicated for each product, including EUR or MGA. Some items require a quote or belong to a private collection. A displayed price does not confirm availability. The seller must confirm the total amount, taxes and any delivery or import charges before you commit.

5. Stores and business model

Store publication requires account verification and administrative approval. There are currently no listing fees. A 10% platform commission is planned for future eligible online sales. That service is not active. Seller terms, processing fees and payout arrangements must be confirmed before activation. Instant payouts are not promised.

6. Delivery, withdrawal and guarantees

Arrangements depend on the seller, product and your country. Mandatory consumer rights, including withdrawal rights and statutory guarantees where applicable, remain unaffected. Read the refund policy and obtain the seller’s terms before ordering.

7. Website use and intellectual property

Users must provide accurate information and respect copyright and third-party rights. Sellers must hold the necessary rights to the products and content they offer. Report unlawful content or rights infringements to our contact email.

8. Personal data

Read our privacy policy. Third-party contact links lead to services governed by their own policies.

9. Complaints and applicable law

Contact the seller first for a sales complaint, or the platform for a website issue. These terms are governed by French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply to them. Professional sellers must provide the mediation arrangements applicable to their sales. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable rules. The European ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025 and no longer accepts complaints.
